About Me

So who am I?

My name is Roger Adams. I am 23 years old, and I am from Brighton, UK. I have a job despite what people think of my appearance, I enjoy body modification, and I enjoy doing what I do to myself.

As a kid, I used to have an uncle who had quite a few piercings, but most were crazy piercings of the time. Eventually I got enough courage to get my eyebrow pierced, then my tongue, ears, septum, snakebites, and then get my labret pierced at a large gauge. I don’t do what I do for shock value, attention, to make heads turn or to distinguish myself from “normals.”.

All I ask is that if you have a question, ask it. If you’re curious, ask away. I won’t bite. I’m a friendly guy, and I love it when kids, and grown ups alike ask me about my ears. I love the fascination, and I love when people realise it takes alot of dedication to get rather large stretched ears.

Outside of piercing, I love music, and I love driving, and relaxing. I love animals, and I enjoy my life pretty fully. So please, if you have any questions, please leave a comment.

  2. Seeing as we’re British men (i’m actually Scottish :P ).. We’ll use millimetres, yeah 20g = below 1mm, I believe. I personally leave a month before going full sizes, if my ear will let me. I mean I tape my ears, which is a gradual increase, and isn’t a full on stretch at a time, its probably around .2mm of a stretch with a layer of tape. But taping at your size doesn’t work. Anyway, keeping tapers in is ok, but they’re big, chunky, and can get caught really easily, its just a general idea not to always wear them. I never wore them because they were always uncomfortable. But its down to the individual wearer!

    Happy stretching!

  3. Hey, awesome ears and labret, your an insparation :D im only at 12mm in my left ear and my other ears stud fell out 2 nights ago and closed up D: so i like was gutted so im gonna go get it done again, i was gonna go up to 12mm in each ear but my mum dosnt like this size ( im only 14 ) and shes making me go back down to a 10mm so as soon as im 15 or something im gona go to a 14 so she cnt reely stop me then cause its iriversable, aha! even tho 12mm is but she wont accept that it wont go back. But yeh i was wondering how do u stretch a labrett? make a video or something on youtube cause i subscribed, it would be nice if u did (: my youtube accound is braadleeb check out my expanding video if you like or if u wanna speek or something feel free, hope ur ears are doin good and if i was u id get to 4 inches :)

ohh (i) and i come from england too

    • I made a new page about it on the front. Feel free to read it :) . Its practically the same as stretching an ear, just a little bit more dedication and about the same pain threshold.

Good luck on convincing mum ;) . I was always lucky, it was my dad who taught me how to do it, haha.

      Roger.

  4. Your ears are quite impressive. They look a lot better than mine, they’re so much thicker than mine. I’ve been working on mine the past 3 years and I’m at 5/8″ (I think thats 15mm – 16mm?) working on 1″. I’ve gone from 0g to 5/8″ over the past few months compared to the 20g to 0g in 3 years and I’m afraid I thinned my ears out (mainly the right) too much from it. Which leads to my question, if you don’t mind could you give me your opinion on whether they’re too thin or not? It would be greatly appreciated.
